S-10 Wood Hanger Bolt:

Hanger bolts are available in different lengths for different clamping ranges 30 - 165 mm

All hanger bolts pre-assembled with EPDM gasket and KV-40.

Hanger bolt material: 1.4301 / A2. Clamp connector material: ENAW 6063.

Installation of S-10 wood hanger bolt

1. Determine the rafter alignment and mark it with a chalk line.
2. Pre-drill the roof cladding with a diameter of 13.00mm.
3. Pre-drill the wood with a diameter of 7.00mm.
4. Screw the hanger bolt into the rafter at least 70mm deep.
5. Press the seal onto the roof surface by tightening the bottom nut until a slight bulge forms on the seal.

Installation of S-08 metal hanger bolt

1. Determine the purlin alignment and mark it with a chalk line.
2. Pre-drill the roof cladding to a diameter of 10.00 mm.
3. Pre-drill the metal purlins depending on the material thickness.
   Steel thickness 1.5-5.0 mm = pre-drill with a diameter of 6.8 mm.
   Steel thickness 6.0 mm = pre-drill with a diameter of 7.0 mm.
   Steel thickness 8.0 mm = pre-drill with a diameter of 7.2 mm.
   Steel thickness > 10 mm = pre-drill with a diameter of 7.4 mm.
4. Screw the hanger bolt into the purlins until the seal rests on the profiled sheet.
5. For structural reasons, the clamp connector should point towards the ridge. (see graphic)
