Mounting
- Roof division depends on the module dimensions.
- Fasten roof hooks on Rafters with 2 wafer-head-screws (Z.9.1-1661) properly.
- Adapt roofing to roof hooks by notching pantile coverings.
- Fix profiles with connector clamps.
Pantile covering - Important: There must be a clearance space between the roof tiles and hooks of at least 5mm.
For insulation on the rafters the roof hooks must be fixed with special screws (Z.-9.1-630). If the roof pitch is <30° one, if the roof pitch is >30° two additional stabilizing screws must be inserted.

First, the roof hooks are connected to the roof substructure.
Mount profiles
The mounting profiles are simply screwed onto the roof hooks using the pre-assembled KV-40 clamps.
Fix modules
The modules are simply secured with the module clamps. Fast, easy and secure!

We sell DIBt® approved roof hooks. The roof hook is delivered pre-assembled with the DICONAL® profile connector KV-40.
Recesses
With the flexible mounting system, recesses for chimneys or skylights, for example, can be easily created.
Perfect fit
The PV subframe and modules can be perfectly coordinated in the planning tool.
KV-80 Profile joint
Roof hooks must be mounted on rafters or purlins - if two mounting profiles meet exactly at that point - no problem with KV-80 profile connectors.
Metal sheet tiles
To protect roof tiles, metal roof tiles can also be used in the positions of the roof hooks. We have been delivering this perfect and safe solution in cooperation with Loch since Intersolar 2024.
Black
To match black slate roofs and/or black module frames, we also supply black support profiles and module clamps from stock.
